Providing food when the cupboard is bare

We are a voluntary group formed by members of local Christian churches. Our aim is to provide food parcels to people within the Kidlington, Woodstock, Chipping Norton and Charlbury area. The parcels will contain essential food for individuals and families in case of emergency, covering the time it takes for other social care infrastructure to come into play.

If you are in need of help,
vouchers for food parcels can be obtained from:
 Social Services, CAB,
Probation Service, Children's Agencies, Church Ministers
or contact us for more information:

HARVEST COMING

The season of Harvest is fast approaching - the time of year when we hope to replenish the dwindling stocks in the Food Bank store.

It has been another busy year for us making up basic food parcels for individuals, couples and families who have been referred to us because they are in real need. We provide an array of basic food items to suit their situation and they value what they are provided with, but the store has many empty storage boxes in it. Without your support we cannot manage to provide the level of parcels that we do.

If you can help, either as an individual or by organising a collection at your place of work, school, church or social group then that would be very much appreciated. We are able to arrange collection if necessary, or come along to Kidlington Baptist Church on a Friday between 10.30am and 1pm.
